The Emergency Medical Assistants Education Fund Award is designed to improve the recruitment and retention of paramedics in rural and remote communities and positively impact patient care.

The Vancouver Foundation has made this awards available to students enrolled in an approved full or part-time Emergency Medical Assistant program for primary care or advanced care paramedics. The Justice Institute of BC provides administrative support to the Vancouver Foundation for this fund.
